Booking is where our work starts. Here is what happens next, step by step, and what we'll ask of you.

  1. 01

    We confirm space and line up pickup

    We confirm space with the carrier, line up pickup at your supplier and tell you the next step. You see each one on your tracking page.

  2. 02

    We ask for documents once

    Usually a commercial invoice, a packing list and proof of payment to your supplier. We tell you what's needed and by when, and remind you every few days until it's in.

  3. 03

    We clear customs for you

    RedLog clears your cargo through customs and pays customs for you. Duties are estimated before it lands; once customs assesses them, only the difference is asked, with the official receipts.

  4. 04

    You pay by bank transfer

    The freight invoice comes when you book, with 30 days to pay. Duties and port charges come as a payment request before your cargo lands.

  5. 05

    You follow every step

    Each step shows as confirmed or estimated, never guessed, and we message you when something needs you.

  6. 06

    A person is on it

    Your agent answers messages and email, in Spanish or English. Until pickup is lined up you can change or cancel, and we confirm any change in price first.
